Overview. This website is operated by Rovelo ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Our products. Rovelo Hair Gummies are a food supplement, not a medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor before use. Results vary from person to person. Always read the label before use; if the label and website differ, the label takes priority.

Orders and pricing. All orders depend on availability and our acceptance. We may cancel an order, for example for a pricing error, stock problem or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do. Prices may change without notice, but not for an order we've already accepted. Every purchase is a one-off payment; we never sign you up to a subscription.

Payment. Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider. You agree to give accurate billing information.

Shipping, returns and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Using the website. Don't use the website for anything unlawful, interfere with its security or operation, or copy our content, images or branding without permission. All content belongs to Rovelo or its licensors.

Reviews. If you send us a review or comment, you confirm it's honest and your own, and you allow us to use it on our website and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability where that would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Other websites. We may link to websites we don't control and aren't responsible for their content.

Privacy. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also rely on your country's mandatory consumer laws and bring a claim in your local courts.
